A rather crappy trick would be to ask "Were you born with happiness or half an e?"
More often than not, the person would reply "Half an e", to which you would reply "Ha ha you just said you were born with a fanny!". Wasn't funny if they said "happiness", or if they were a girl. Or if they said "half an e". Or if they were a boy.
